It’s all too much for me right now. There’s too much pressure. I have TONNES of work, and I’ve been doing it all day but cause I’m stressed i haven’t finished it. There’s too much pressure for it to be perfect, and i know i just isn’t! It needs to be perfect? how do i calm down? Also cause I’ve been stressed I’ve eaten so much crap and just keep having thoughts of me going to the toilet and throwing it all back up, because i don’t deserve the food i haven’t done my work,.. SIGH
